Laws of Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy (club)

The rules of the club are as follows;

Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy (“the club”) is a private membership club for those of mankind to meet for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions through the Myofascial system;

The club is hosted by i: the woman; josephine-anne; a membership fee of €2 is included in each donation made to Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club; membership provides exclusive access to the skill set of i; to help members make a full recovery from their said condition; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain only;

​

Contacting i; Josephine-anne; by any means, to make an appointment and subsequently upon entering the club premises at Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy, will be deemed as tacit acceptance of the rules of the club which then become law.

The club services, including the website: www.fascialreleaseandrealignment.com and any social media page started, created or maintained by the club, are offered by i, the woman; Josephine-anne;  on an “as is” basis;

I, offer my time and property through the club; any knowledge offered through the club is the property of i;

​

All who use the knowledge offered through this website or any other part of the club do so as the man or woman only, and do take full responsibility for said use;

​

i, josephine-anne; can speak to you as the man or woman only;

All who donate and or compensate for the time and property of i: josephine-anne ; do so as the man or woman in the private;

Any property that i; the woman did create, i hereby claim as the property of i;

​

I, josephine-anne; declare the mission of Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club to be for the wellbeing and betterment of its members and of our earth, our community and our lives that i do serve; keeping all activities in the private domain and utilizing all the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (VCLT); all protecting our freedoms and rights to live in the private;

I: josephine-anne; acknowledge that under the supremacy of God and God’s Law as found in the Holy Bible, members of Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club inherently hold the freedoms and rights to associate in the private;  the Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy  club provides a space for members of like heart and mind to create, learn, be active, grow, heal, serve, work together, and exchange within the private domain; and to pursue deeper spiritual growth, better health and good quality of life;

i; declare that the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (VCLT) guarantee the rights of i and those of the members of Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club to gather in the private domain and freely pursue our economic, social and cultural development;

i; declare the Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club is in existence since the fifteen day of the fifth  month A.D. two thousand twenty three;

i; have the right to change these laws at any time as necessary; continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any change to these laws;

​

These laws are also applicable to any club services offered and carried out by i; at another physical location;

Lawful Agreement

Member affirmation

​

i, choose to establish this agreement between i, and the woman, Josephine-anne;

​

i, enter into this agreement of my own free will;

​

i, agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of receiving consultancy, treatment and rehabilitation with the woman, Josephine-anne;

​

i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club physical premises, any event or place provided within the club (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as the man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of €550,000 plus [endif]-->10/minute the trespass continues;

i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed at a court of law by and between those of mankind only;

​

i; agree that by reserving an appointment and making a donation in exchange for the services and benefits of Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club; and subsequently, entering the club premises of Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club, that i have read, understand and accept, without coercion, the agreement of membership and laws of the club.

i; agree that there are no refunds for donations, subscriptions, or other value attributed to Fascial Release and Realignment Therapy club membership. What is given, is given freely. i; realise that membership donations and subscription guidelines can change. All exchange among members is their private matter to be sorted in their own private communication only;
